Talent sustainability has long been a core focus for us. In response to the new challenges brought by AI and a rapidly changing world, and to build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace,
Acmepoint Energy Services is honored to join the “2026 TALENT, in Taiwan – Talent Sustainability Alliance.”

This year, we are committed to the following actions for talent:
1. Building a systematic learning ecosystem to enhance competitiveness
We will continue to optimize our online learning platform and tiered training system, integrating AI applications with practical, experience-based courses. By strengthening both managerial and professional capabilities, we aim to make learning a daily habit and growth a constant.
2. Fostering an open and transparent communication culture
Through initiatives such as “Meet with the CEO” and diverse communication channels, we will strengthen two-way dialogue between leadership and employees. We will also continue to improve the overall employee experience through engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms.
3. Promoting diversity, equity, and an inclusive workplace
We will continue to advance gender equality and fair development systems, while enhancing parental support and flexible work arrangements to support employees at different life stages and create a sustainable work-life balance.
4. Establishing diverse incentive systems to recognize contributions
Through learning subsidies, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and flexible benefits, we encourage continuous growth and cross-disciplinary development. Combined with diversified reward systems, we aim to enhance engagement and a sense of achievement.
5. Strengthening well-being support to create a safe workplace
We will further integrate resources such as “Your Safe Space” and our Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), while promoting health and psychological support initiatives to ensure employees can thrive in a stable and supportive environment.
6. Cultivating a co-learning culture to drive team growth
Through learning circles, internal sharing sessions, and cross-department collaboration, we will enhance knowledge flow and experience sharing, building a culture of continuous learning and collective growth.

We will continue to take action alongside CommonWealth Learning and our alliance partners to co-create meaningful change—ensuring that talent is recognized, supported, and empowered to grow.
