ACMEES has authorized the chairman to designate a responsible unit, and should be reported the performance of ethical corporate management to the board of directors every year which is asked in the “Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principle ” and “Principle for Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice and Guidelines for Codes of Ethical Conduct”.
